A little about the wine that inspired it: Atelier Red is our tribute to the workshop spirit, a blend of Merlot, Marquette and Marechal Foch, unfined and unfiltered, built to reflect our mountain terroir rather than mask it. Think black cherry, ripe strawberry and a little dark chocolate on the nose, with soft tannins and a finish of cocoa, spice and mountain herb. It scored 90 points, and it pairs beautifully with everything from wild game to a weeknight burger.
